Over the course of a year with Hridaya Yoga, I designed promotional assets across every major channel for their retreat and workshop offerings. From Instagram posts and stories to Facebook event banners, posters, and Mailchimp for monthly newsletters, I helped bring their silent meditation retreats, teacher training program, and workshops to life visually in a way that honored the quiet intention of their brand.
